The Calculated Escape: How To Leave Your Job On A High Note in 2012

Omri Bojko, Co-Founder, The Vanity Project

Wednesday, December 14th from 8:00 - 9:30 pm

Is entrepreneurship right for you? Is now the time to make the leap? This class is designed to help those who are thinking about whether they should leave their jobs on how they can plan a dignified departure. It will focus on aspects of financial planning that individuals need to consider before and after they plunge into the world of entrepreneurship as well as what to do at their current job and how to act before they leave. We will discuss strategies people can implement while still working to make their departure successful. Entrepreneurship is not for everyone and this class will help you determine whether or not taking control of your life is right for you.

Omri Bojko is the Co-Founder and currently serves as Managing Partner of The Vanity Project, a fashion social enterprise that works with charities and non-profits to design high end apparel on their behalf with the goal of raising funds and awareness for their respective causes. The Vanity Project returns 51% of proceeds from its apparel sales to the causes represented on each item of clothing. Before starting The Vanity Project in the Spring of 2011, Omri spent 3 years as an equity derivatives trader at Spot Trading LLC, a leading proprietary trading firm in Chicago, IL.
